Job Description
I am a solo OD with 2 private practices in Lorain and Oberlin, Ohio. I have been working on transitioning out of private practice and am offering both offices for sale. The Lorain office is long established and has had a lot of growth over the last 5 years. I opened the Oberlin storefront office on my own in 2012. There is more potential growth there than I can provide. I see patients 3 days a week in the Lorain office and 2 days a week in Oberlin – no evenings or Saturdays. Both are equipped with Maestro OCTs and have all updated technology and exam instrumentation. We use Compulink and Weave in both offices. I have an Essilor Delta 2 edger in the Lorain office and primarily do all the single vision prescriptions for both offices. Both offices are pretty much turn-key operations with knowledgeable and pleasant staff in each office. I am a provider for most vision and medical plans – no Davis or Spectera. I do not take any State Medicaid/Caresource plans and I haven’t taken them in over 10 years.
The combined gross income for both offices for 2024 and 2025 were over $586,000.00 and this year looks about the same.  I am offering both offices for sale at the greatly reduced price of $315,000.00. I could consider selling each office individual but would prefer to sell them both together. I could also provide partial owner financing if needed.
